Good chance the surrounding overburden is contaminated, which will require government approved assessment, drilling sample cores and analysis. The contaminated soil/overburden will have to be removed and replaced, this work would have to be done by certified contractors licensed to undertake this type of work. How much will this cost and how long will this take, meanwhile mine will
