I noticed all of the points you raised as well, PLUS the news item just this morning of the 4-year agreement.
Price is a cinch to go UP today; the selling "pressure " Thursday was just from a handful of retailers selling 200 - 500 shares lots unaware of the bigger picture.

Yesterday there were TWO blocks above 40,000 shares each BOTH crossing at the ASK price--- maybe another today?
