Sedar - Some Old News (But Still Relevant)

Sedar - Some Old News (But Still Relevant)Was on Sedar as well today looking at Company documents. I believe it is the Early Warning Report (Dated Jan. 15/18) that I would like to comment on. When VHI acquired "HI Next" the principals (Ellen and Peter Catford) were given a total of 17,801,717 shares of VHI. The shares were valued @ 12.5 cents/share. Peter Catford's shares were valued @ $1,134,859 and Ellen Catford's shares valued @ $1,090,355. Pretty sure the Catfords don't want VHI to trade below 12 cents. They are a major stakeholder in VHI with their shares. If the Catfords still have some juice, they are going to be doing what they can to support VHI, otherwise it is detrimental to their ownership as shareholders./ok2
