Management's SharesFrom the same Aug. 1/18 presentation, Management holds 48,050,543 shares of which 39,142,592 shares are held in Escrow (as of June 30/18). These shares were issued to the principles of "B Sharp", "H.I. Next" and "Clarity" when their company's were acquired by VitalHub. These same principles are also part of VHI's current management team. So they got paid mostly with shares, that they still can't trade. Yea, this is going higher, much higher. I also like the comparison to other similar companies, on the low end, Sylogist with 33 million in sales, with a revenue multiple @ 5.5 X, and at time of print was $9.35/share.
