Globe & Mail 11:16 AM EDT, 04/25/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Vitalhub Corp. (VHI.TO) said Monday that it has bought Hicom Technology Ltd., a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales.
The company's shares remained unchanged on last look on Monday.
The company bought Hicom via a share acquisition by its wholly-owned subsidiary, VitalHub UK Ltd. for a purchase price of about 8.7 million British pounds ($11.1 million).
The purchase price paid at closing included a cash payment of about 7.8 million British pounds and the issuance of 475,104 shares of VitalHub to the shareholders of Hicom.
Hicom is a developer of software that automates healthcare and business processes across a more than 200-strong client base.
