Globe & Mail 08:03 AM EST, 11/22/2022 (MT Newswires) -- VitalHub Corp. (TSX: VHI) on Tuesday said its subsidiary Transforming System has signed a multi-year licensing contract for its SHREWD Platform and SHREWD Resilience offerings with Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, or ICB.
Transforming Systems had previously served Better Lives Lincolnshire, part of Lincolnshire ICB, for several years. With this contract, the SHREWD platform will be rolled out across the ICB's additional organizations in the UK, VitalHub said. The health-tech company didn't disclose any financial details.
VitalHub said the rollout of the SHREWD platform and SHREWD Resilience offerings will help Lincolnshire ICB's care organizations to access real-time information about all providers in the system, deploy resources where needed, utilize available capacity to meet demand at times of pressure, and reduce workload imbalance.
