Nail in the coffinWTI in supposedly bear market territory and today a judge blocked the keystone xl in Montana stating that Trumps justification for approving it was incomplete.
They originally planned to start construction next year - another dead head in the water!
Constraints are killing us here in Canada - 
Maybe we bring on Elon Musk and use SpaceX to get it to desired markets. LOL.
