Paramount is now the Pure Play Montney Condensate King....

I think both they companies are very much alike, merging them will get the cost structure down. VII generations needed a year to fix their balance sheet and my guess is that ARC was a quicker solution.

I guess everyone know i own POU up to my eyeballs, so they are now the Pureplay Montney condensate kings, and VII generations will need to become a competative company, i expect a lot of layoffs there and some significant salary cuts.

I really thing VII gens is the diamond, and ARC has a tremendous CEO that the investors in VII Generations wanted.  I also like ARC CFO and if i remember correctly VII Generations CFO existed painted pony to come to VII Generations.

All in all i think it is a good deal, getting rid of the VII generations president will add a lot of value to the deal.

It leave a voild for someone who wants to invest in a pure play condensate kind, i guess POU will fill the VOID.

IMHO

Makes sense now that nuttal put a 21$ target on seven gems yesterday  myhoneypot are you gonna hold long on this merged company? arc was also 33$ in 2014 before the crash and with 1/4 of the production

Nuttal is seldom right about much. The fact he's said anything about VII has me more nervous tbh
