My minds made up

With the way VII has been trading would indicate this deal sucks , I'll be voting "NO" . No deal is better than this offer .

I also agree ... the deal should be revisited after q1 gets released! amd they should be reporting the way tourmaline does ... if they did all along a dral would have never even crossed the minds of this management

this deal will go through, Canada Pension Plan Board owns over 16% alone, individual investors like myself and numerous others make up so little of the float...VII only has 43% approx unknown holders the rest (57%) is like I said CPP, mutual fund and institutional holders.

Ya the ~57% instituional investors are acting in concert with one another. No way the deal gets rejected imo.

VII shareholders get Nat gas assets a dividend, and experienced management and ARX shareholders get that sweet, sweet condi and 2 billion in debt.  ARX is the right partner for Seven Gems, search your feelings, you know its true!  I'm voting yes. Looking forward to the ink drying on this deal and watching funds back the truck up ...more
