Really share count doesn't mean anything?

Really share count doesn't mean anything?That what a managment team that hands shares to themselves for non performance say. 

An example of how share count matters, is that POU divested some small assets last week effectively added 60 cents a share. 

Share count does not matter, does debt matter, are you one of VII generations management. 

Of course share count matters it is important especially when you are sitting on assets worth billions like POU. 

1.3 million acres of oil sands and 4 thermal projects in the hopper, with no value given to those assets, POU is worth more then VII generations and the market is just waking up tired of being led off a cliff by nonperforming management teams.
