Given VIIs significant fund ownership (cpp etc) is there any chance this gets voted down?

Actually the institutions own about 59 percent so I would assume this is s done deal. Notice that Arc is in the drivers seat. Holt remains as COO. Good opportunity to grow now.

I'll be interested in hearing retiredengexec's take on this once he has done some reading . I expect Andrew McCreath will have something to say about this tomorrow morning on BNN as he owns VII and is a fan of both companies .
