VII Gens Lagging the Market

The majority of VII Gens CF comes from it liquids production, in reviewing the recent increases in WTI oil and more importantly condensate, I think the market has forgotten about VII Generations.

Date       WTI     Share Price

Feb 01    53.55      6.52

Feb 10    58.69      8.48

Mar 15    65.38      8.74

So the offer from ARC sent the share price up 50 cents, it does not look like the market has shown a lot of enthusium for this deal even with the oil price up 7 dollars U.S.

VII generations should be a 20 dollar stock, Eric can't believe it either. It looks to me that the market either does not believe this is going to happen, or cant figure or the capital markets are simply not working efficiently to Quote Eric.

I think on the contrary, the market does believe it is going to happen and because it is such a crappy deal for VII, the stock is underperforming. VII is trading like ARC, going nowhere. Maybe after the dust settles the new company will slowly appreciate in price, but the VII potential torque is gone forever with this deal.
