RE:July 5th Special meetingI would be very surprised if it is good news.  Insiders and management have milked this for 3 years now and it's probably time to tell us that "In spite of all their efforts". (ie taking salaries that are way above similar companies and getting boatloads of stock options) they must reluctantly tell us that they will now close their doors.

Sorry for the pessimissim but these folks lost my trust a long time ago as they dumped millions of their shares on the open market..

BUT....hey....maybe I'm wrong.
