You may have noticed $200 M is missong, plus their production is actually declining dispite $20-30M mth infill drilling and development.

Clearly they are having regulator issues after the two accidents with the latest Wassan accident that they called minor, that has failed to restart production several months later.

With the apparent discovered expansion of the field, they will also have to bond another $300-600M clean up costs which will cost then $100M cash after their two previous accidents, if they can even get bonds at a reasonable price.

Great swing trades last three weeks.
