The world needs $16 trillion in oil development just to bring total world oil production back to what the current demand is. Consolidation is necessary for this to happen. Its just a matter of time before Valeura is made an offer it cannot refuse ...

You may have noticed $200 M is missong, plus their production is actually declining dispite $20-30M mth infill drilling and development. Clearly they are having regulator issues after the two accidents with the latest Wassan accident that they called minor, that has failed to restart production several months later.
