A perfect opportunity to kill the deal or renegotiate the price which is too low VS appraised value. Stock is now trading in 2-10 share increments and I thought 50) share increments was funny hahahah. At lease sg earned his 1 MN share option and the huge bonus now LOL. This is a comedy of bumbling incompetence. Better to gamble on air then this one hahaha

Totally agree -the managment here are not qualified to make this company grow. The share price is a train wreck .Who wants this debacle? With these micros-cap companies you don't get many chances. Tis Tukty is cooked.
