Time to Fire This Management Team

1. No action in over two years.

2. The pandemic is an excuse. See what Surge did during this pandemic. And others.

3. This team just does not have it. Look at the presentations.

4. Sean is a Phd. Is being a Phd an asset? not necessarily. You can turn into a "teaching" person rather than a doer.

5. Clearly the industry does not think highly of this Management team or they would have closed a deal.

6. What is the stock worth now?
25 - 35 cents.
The Thrace property is worth $0 or they would have found a partner by now. Lets stop BSing ourselves about TCFs.  
Two more years of this Management Team and the cash pile will be down by another $10-$20 million.
There, your 25 cent price. 
This is why major holders continue to sell at these levels.

7. The only ways to Fire this less than productive Team is:

a. the Board Fires them/sells the company/merges with another entity that takes over Management of the Company, or

b. Change the Board so you can Fire this Management team.

8. the best you can do is write to the major shareholder and the Chairman of the Board that it is time for Management changes.

9. You will do diddly squat, so the only remaining thing is pray for the Board to FIRE THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM.

I am pleased that they have given themselves a final two 2 quarters to perform .. If they do not find and close on that company making deal by then it is over. No jobs, no severence, no bonus or other compensation. This would apply for the Directors as well. This needs to be spelled out now by the Directors and a condition of continued emplyment.  If this fails it will be a very sad legacy ...more
