Just checked LEUCROTTA ... must have signed the deal on march 15 due to price spike on both parts which is a great indicator we all missed. this also brings up a another issues.. VALEURA price has not been moved for 2 years.. No INDICATION no PARNER..

these guys do not have any positions here ... and there are several large individual holders... it should get not that expensive to vote them out if Baillie Gifford & Co. with more than 15% holding here will join ... but there are several guys in our BOD capable and not in the need to milk the treasury here.... so they might be able to start to GET THE MESSAGE from their shareholers for a

best they could spend money right now is buying back shares at a discount to cash after they missed to do a deal in a "cheap oil" environment ... but lets see these guys you never know - maybe they are again on something with good potential to destroy more shareholders money ...
