Deal still closing this month. From IR at Valeura
The deal is still expected to close this month and the AGM date change is not related to the Mubadala deal.
There is an active discord group and some of the members have corresponded with Robin at the company over the weekend. Two replies from Robin set out below. Everything is good.

Tradepro1- Thank you for the update and making the effort to contact IR. I think there is a concensus on this Board Valeura needs to communicate their operational status more often. Unfounded rumors and speculation will always flare up when lack of information is prominent.

I'd recommend people join the discord group and see for themselves. Some poeple there who correspond regularly with Robin. Some great discussion on the company there too. https://discord.gg/v3yNcaBS Robin is very resposive.

Don’t care much for https://discord.gg/v3yNcaBS but maybe Robin should post here on stockhouse too; reaching & keeping shareholders informed should be as wide reaching as possible. Still the best IMHO is the company web; this is where all updated tangible info should originate from. G37

NO PUMP is the gatekeeper who allowes for Membership into the Discord Server.....not sure how you reach him though.

well Weekend looks like it is no longer e4ffective as I just tried it and all I got was a chance to input my Birthdate....then nuthin.! Sorry...not sure what else is to be done!

As if they woild say anything else opening the door for insider trading and class action. IR just follows csuite instructions. They never said anything in 2018 when Equinor was going off the rails either.

The point is they haven’t remained silent. They’ve replied to shareholders and explicitly stated they still anticipate closing the deal this month. If there was a serious problem they would remain silent.
