Nong Yao D Exploration Drill Imminent

Now that VLE has stated the drill of this E prospect is imminent, found a few bits about the area.

Rig being used is BORR Drilling "Mist" which will be sited in about 75m of water. Target is stacked sandstones, fault-controlled, seismic and AVO important (assume they have 3-D).

Nong Yao Geology: (Search 2016 KrisEnergy Presentation for link to their dated PDF)
• Source: Eocene to Oligocene lacustrine and Miocene fluvio-deltaic shales
• Reservoir: Oligo-Miocene fluvio-deltaic sandstones
• Trap: Tilted fault blocks
• Seal: Oligo-Miocene intra-formational shales

Unsure about depth to target or drill times but assume we will know more within the month.

Great news on Nong Yao D and the other 2 discoveries. Shows that they have a good knowledge of the geology and the seismic interpretation. Multiple shallower sands ~ 10m of total pay at NYD.
