Its services include research and development, maintenance manuals (IOMs), spare parts and service locations. The North American operations comprising two manufacturing plants in Canada, as well as one manufacturing plant and one distribution facility in the United States. Its overseas operations include manufacturing plants in France, Italy, Portugal, Korea, Taiwan, India, and China. The Company’s operations also include a sales operation in Germany.

I saw he was on in the morning and figured that was the reason for the jump. This time he said they are done the turn-around instead of the other times where he mentioned they are in the process of one. Seems he believes the timeline is getting closer to selling the company.

Regardless of his take, the stock was and still is too cheap.
