today's price action

Down $1.59 to $11 , seems like somebody might have guessed

Flowserve and Velan Extend the Outside Date of their Arrangement Agreement

Date now extended to September 7 which with a $13 offer would give a person if they paid the ask of $11.35 roughly a 10% plus return

Not good news for current holders. https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/france-looks-to-block-us-purchase-of-velan-s-nuclear-business-1.1954014#:~:text=(Bloomberg)%20%2D%2D%20France%20is%20looking,to%20protect%20a%20strategic%20industry.

Is the offer, dead in the water ? Still scheduled to close in the 3rd quarter. The Company has its manufacturing plants in France, Italy, Portugal, Korea, Taiwan, India, and China and obviously there's a problem somewhere. @$9.22 ask , that's potentially a 40- 41% return for just over a month of investment
