Because it is easy to short it with a low float and low volume and because investors who are impatient have left for others with shorter returns and better potential and vastly more liquidity. Plus it has been in a downtrend as of late due to shorting/selling. That being said it could easily do .20-.30 rise in a day. If MM wanted it higher. It would be higher. Tone is set to frustration with markets ripping the last 2-3 days and this actually losing share price and almost no volumes. Promo dollars could have been better spent if there ever truly was some. I say shorting is number one reason-that's where my money is. I've had orders sitting there and MM won't touch them. Where as Mackie's getting tagged every day multiple times.
