RE:RE:RE:diluting shareholders further "destroy shareholder value" - This describes it best.
I have had a deep dive into the company and there really is a good story and business here. But not with this team of leaders and the way they apply corporate finance. Cleary lining the pockets of a few at the expense of all little retail investors.
I know a group that is seeking to take control share interest of the company.. they are negotiating some large blocks now...take over the board and oust SP and the mis-management team. Shame on you guys. Such a great set up but you had to pull a fools game.
I hope these guys take it over and teach management a lesson in life while bringing back serious s/h value.
