Did you mean Energy East, Noble???...I've never heard of a Mainline East.
For the record EE was abandoned as a proposal when the tolls on the Mainline were lowered, the pipe filled up again and the line became profitable again for its owner TC Energy.
The Mainline was built by a Liberal government in the 1950s.... C.D Howe Trade Minister.
