RE:Another one bites the Dust.I hope its not CPG oil.Once the car is loaded and documented properly custody is transfered to the Railway. So really it doesn't matter who's product it is, the Railway is responsible to ship it safely.

Having said that the RR's aren't doing a very good job of mantaining their system's and until it costs them more to payout fines and damages they aren't likely to change there business unless the government steps in and ensures standards are in place and being met.

Heck oil is one of the safer products being shipped, people would be shocked to find out what kind of hazards are rolling by/through their cities and towns.
