Cash in the bank pays you zip.

I am getting tired of this discussion, I chalk up all this in and out trading once again to the media and the so called MM experts who project all their winning trades and convince the greedy how easy it is all the while making money on commissions by retailers who can pay upwards of $10 for each trade.  I could understand playing this game with momentum stocks but when you are in an income name you buy it for the income with some capital appreciation, not to treat it like a trading stock.  However present day society is less and less likely to tuck a stock away for 20-30 years and compound, people want everything in the now!

Rant over.
