Encana/Athlon

Encana is paying over US $6 billion for Athlon.

Encana says the Athlon transaction will add the equivalent of about 30,000 barrels of oil per day of production focused in the Midland Basin, part of the Permian formation.

At $6 billion for 30,000 barrels, CPG should be valued closer to US $30 billion for 150,000 BOE. Right now, CPG is valued at approx US $15.9 billion. I'd sure like to see someone take a run at CPG.
