Dilution??

The way I was taught to look at it is that Dilution occurs when you issue shares and the company sits on the cash proceeds.
However the CPG does not sit on the cash. If they buy and asset at an accretive value you have the opposite. On a per share basis if cash flow is affected postively by the acquisition via an equity issue then it is fine with me and the banks and most shareholders.
