RE:RE:Canadian crude prices already at $30 face more downward presHorizontal well drilled, completed and equipped non Fracked is now $950,000. Use to be $1.4 million during the boom.  Fracked $1.6 million today. (In SE Sask).
Back in 2005 profits were large at $48 WTI with similar service and well costs.  Privates still making huge profits.   A very healthy correction folks.  Removing the weak and inexperienced companies and leaving the more knowledgable prospering.  My fifth downturn and it's always the same story.  CPG management all Sask boys which are tough and wise.  The secret to success is light oil, massive pipeline capacity and cheap drilling. That's exactly what management is focusing on.
