Drilling will re-assigned to shallower targets like the Frobisher and Alida beds where wells will IP 200+ BOPD and a return of investment within one year. Bakken and Torquay targets will only be drilled to preserve lands and oil reserves. Early 2016 will re-establish drilling which will inlude activating 18 drilling rigs from the current 2.
We are back to the 1990's and early 2000's type mentality when the oil patch was truly at its best.
