The problem with saying this affects the entire energy sector is that companies like Whitecap are only down around 20% from the 52 week high. CPG, on the other hand, is down 50%. So again, the problem with CPG is much deeper than issues affecting everyone else. It has been worse for much longer. They need to change the leadership, cut debt, buyback shares. If they do those three things, we will see $15.
