Depix is assuming that you are a registered shareholder which is highly unlikely. You are almost certainly a beneficial shareholder which means that your shares are held by your bank, broker or other intermediary.
if you haven't received voting instructions by snail mail or e-mail, you have to take the initiative and contact your broker. Tell them that you need 2 control numbers - one for the white VIF and another for the blue VIF. That's the only way you'll be able to vote.
