Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Crescent Point Resources Partnership, Crescent Point Holdings Ltd. and Crescent Point U.S. Holdings Corp.

Those are always factors for oil co's. But I think the bulk of the buying is coming from those who think this stock is too cheap given that mgmt says changes are coming. If the new focus becomes a reality this will move higher. How much higher is anyone's guess. But $5 was the bottom. Probably. The one thing I've learned about stocks: never say never. It's about the balance of probabilities
