Native Affairs got about $8bil in 2015 out of a budget of $300bil. Seniors get the lion's share of federal money https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/tax-dollars-1.4545415. 
And look at how those natives are living it up on the taxpayer dollar: 81 water advisories in native communities, 60% of native children live in poverty, living in housing that you and I wouldn't live in if you paid us, drug and alcohol abuse rates that far exceed Canadian averages, much lower education levels than the general population, etc.
Have you been to a native reserve? Would you want to live there?
I bet you don't like anything that's not white. Your racist bullshit has no place here. 
As for gifting the Trans Mtn to the natives, this was proposed by the natives, not the federal government. It was suggested as a way for native communities to share in the income produced by the pipeline which runs through numerous reserves.
