HOW come NOBODY asks these basic safety engineering questions in the media ?????

This BSL-4 LAB should of been built a in a SMALL relatively ISOLATED town that could be QUARANTINED easily !!!

When something does NOT make SAFETY SENSE, there is a SINISTER MOTIVE behind it !!!
