The ridiculous part is that most of Quebec's supply comes from the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, rather than from western Canada. So let's ship oil (at great cost) across thousands of miles of ocean (in the case of Saudi Arabia) rather than move it from our fellow Canadians in the west who are desperately in need of an outlet for their production.
