Please do not be fooled by the lies of a politician. If Biden and company win the presidency and the senate, watch out! He will not be able to stop the AOC + 3, that the Donald referred to last night! This means that pipes of ENB and TC are doomed, fracking gets banned big time, oil and gas gets the boot in a hurry. These companies will feel the pain slowly over a period of a few years (just like our Canadian ones), so that within a few years there will be more and more of turning out the lights. On the green side you will see subsidies like never before and biofuels chopping down good trees to use as fuel. The Mideast will be laughing all the way to the bank amongst others!!!
Now if he does not get the senate, oil and gas will go by the way side more slowly but nevertheless they will suffer.
Another consideration to take is Bidens age, health and mental dexterity! He will not last 4 years!!!

With electric vehicles being less than 2.5% of all passenger vehicles sold in 2019, that data point proves theres no way the oil and gas industry is going away anytime soon... now factor in that 99.999 % of semi's, airplanes, ships, trains, tractors, etc. etc. will need ICE engines for the forseeable future, the talk of shutting the oil industry down is so stupid its hilarious..!! Anyone that thinks this is even a remote possibility is clueless... that goes for the politicians too... especially the politicians..!! 
I remember in 1985 when I started my career in the energy sector, an acquantance said to me.. why would you go into a sector that has no future... LOL.. well, I managed to have a very prosperous career and the energy sector is still here.. so yeah.. I take this election bluster for what it is, BS.. now our fearless idiot JT is a different story.. he's stupid enough to sell out an industry for his own ego and narrow minded approach... we should have all industries running like a well oiled machine while also making investments in green energy.. nothing wrong with that, but not at the expense of a sector so important to Canada..!!
