CPG Needs to Consider "Strategic Options"

CPG is stuck in no-man's land. Doesn't pay dividend unlike WCP; doesn't have good balance sheet; isn't growing; doesn't have good management/board that knows how to create shareholder value. Why is it around other than paying executives and directors? Perhaps no one would buy it but it should consider alternative solutions every couple of years.
