Another question for the board

Another question for the boardHas anyone here had a covid test.. and if so.. what happens to the swab or sample that is collected.. is it discarded in the garbage..? Does the test/sample have your details IE: name and address assigned to it? Don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but is it possible that with each test performed, uncle sam now has your DNA profile..?
