On Sale!!!!I agree that anybody that knows anything about this company should know why the dilution happend last year however it's been happening for the last number of year and the broader market clearly doesn't like it along with other things that the management team does. There's clearly some reasons why it's always trading far below it's "actual value". You and the other cheerleaders on here  for management might be happy with them and the SP but personally id be ecstatic to see a hostile takeover for $8-9/share and see Craig and his cronies get kicked to the curb!
