Just tipped his hand on CPG.. been buying aggressively.. anticipates news this month of a better return of $$ to shareholders and has a price target 91% higher than today's price.. sweet.. ;-)

He is very conservative with CPG. He is assuming future debt free CPG valued at PE ratio of 4 only, whereas average PE ratio is 7-8 (earlier without cash flow PE ratio use to be 8-12 ) now with 150 million dollar plus monthly cash flow it should be much much higher.

He was pretty vague on the timelines. Still 4x would be slightly more than double what we have today. He gave it a S/P above $20. That sounds ~right to me. If it goes higher, I'd be on the moon.
