I would recommend HOLD ,and accumulating during tax loss selling as the big timers sell. At some point mgmt will get the message ..... and the sun will shine on VRO in the spring after they report the next quarter with hopefully some normalizing results, spending reductions,and hopefully asset spin off.....
I wonder how much heat there is in the boardroom ......even if this dog drops to the 1.70-2.00 range......how would it not be sold for 3.50 -4.00 ?
