Perhaps they havent been "forced" into looking at "strategic alternatives" because there is no one individual or institution holding a significant quantity of shares to prompt management into this kind of action, other than the Bank lenders.
Does anyone have a current list of significant VRO shareholders. I have noticed that on MFFAIS, the institutional holdings of VREYF have for the most part been sold off this year.
Is anyone here in direct communication with either the Board or with Doug Bartole?
