RE: RE: SOLD MOST

RE: RE: SOLD MOST

hah, no way I would buy in the 4's ......my avg price was about 2.30 ish .....I was intending on holding for another several months or longer  -but the sharp decrease in gas over the past 2 weeks has me worried a little bit. When this deal was announced gas was slightly north of 3.00 ( I believe) . From what I hear and from the charts I see a possibility of natgas heading to 2.50 or lower like it did several years back. Anyways , I'm sure the deal will go thru, but on the off-chance it doesnt VRO ..is left with all those natgas assets and debt still on the books but with gas down at the low 2.00's and then they will be in REAL trouble. Obv the 10M breakup fee will help ...but they need this deal done. I would like to invest in the new debt free / oil focused VRO , but am gonna opt for the safety in exchange for some pennies of upside.   IF VRO was that much of a steal - I'm sure it would be a bit higher at the moment. Anyways ,once the deal is done.... if VRO is still hanging around the high 2's I might rebuy ...if not cest la vie.....I guess now I have to be selfish and hope for a mild selloff :)   g.l.
