Closing

Nice to see VERO closing 6% up on a low volume and negative day for TSX.

NG did not even go up so much.

Are things starting to turn up good for VRO?

Q1 2012 results expected for June 4th

I suspect things are going pretty well for VRO. They dont have any of their NG hedged, so any increase in commodity price will help some, even though at 2.50, there is little incremental cash flow. One thing I dont like is the tardiness of reporting. They should have reported 1st quarter by now. Things have to be less complicated with their much smaller size and structure so whats ...more

One wonders what is going on with this little guy.   The share price/volume has been most interesting in recent days/weeks.   One wonders if its fund accumulation, or something a little more permanent.   As previously stated - I love this story - easy to follow, low debt, and very fast growth clearly forseeable for atleast 2 years.   I am extremely impressed with the ...more

JJB,  yes its strange that we are already in the second week of May and no proxy materials have been released yet. At least none I can find on Sedar. No insider transactions either. Assuming oil prices dont plummet, I think we are going to see lots of industry consolidation because Company values like VRO and many others, are just way too low relative to cash ...more
