RE:RE:Valeant Insider Selling

RE:RE:Valeant Insider SellingThis is a valid question.  We do see the insider selling on the official reporting sites.  What I don't see either in the news why these were sold.

If it was a margin call, where is the information to allow us to verify this?

And if they were sold on a margin call, that means the broker had instructions to see that specific stock or that's the only stock in the acount?  Brokers don't randomly sell stocks (not from my experience).  My broker would call me and I'm relatively small (tiny compared to this VRX insider).

In any case, if an insider is forced to sell on a technicality, they can easily rebuy.  My cost per transation is less than $10. So the transaction cost should not be an issue.

And I don't think this is old news at all.  Until insiders buys, this is clearly a stock that has had a significant numbers of insider shares enter the market.    That's out in the open.

It's critical for companies to explain items officially to reduce the baseless assumptions.  Currently the facts state "10 - Disposition in the public market" on Nov 5th.

I am very interested in one of the many health stock rebounds but I need to ask, are there any more shares by that insider that might be impacted by a margin call?

I hope the forum members here find it a valid question.
