Does the restatement need to be a negative one?Down after hours, all of this panic meanwhile the stock is less than 1/3 of what it was 6 months ago.. All for what? Nothing fundamental and concrete has officially changed. And in regards to the possible restatement that there is rumour about.. Does that have to be a bad thing? Are all restatements a bad thing? Isn't there the possibility they will come clean about where they went wrong and explain how they will improve and avoid similar future circumstances? Or maybe even that the whole accusation is a fraud and they didn't do anything wrong? I mean there's a lot of negative sentiment here but no one is looking at the positive side of things. IMO.
