RE:RE:Short position ???I am long Valeant and it is my belief that the deal with the bondholders was done because they are trying to be thorough and cover all bases even under a "what if" scenario. As you saw they had alot of work to do with the audits and all the other fun stuff surrounding this Co they need to try to limit uncertainty - some damage control, if you will. If they just left it as "we will file by April 29" you leave yourself open to alot more negative speculation rather than showing investors there is a backup plan. Just my opinion.
