Ellesse, there are reasons when a stock is sold off, look at this companies P/E anything trading at this ratio is scary -  mfg, and maybe this industry 15x Earnings to 20x Max -- Financial sector 10-12X This company even now ridiculously over valued - sell  Freewest is correct, you are betting against the shorts, and they are betting heavily against VRX for very evident and logical
